Lyme Disease Explained:

Chronic Lyme disease is initially introduced to the body by different strains and species of Borrelia bacteria, most often, Borrelia burgdorferi. It is often named, “The Great Imitator”, because its symptoms have been known to mimic hundreds of other illnesses.

Due to the wide variety of symptoms that it can cause, many doctors dismiss chronic, ongoing Lyme as a true disease. At the Biologix Center, this is never the case. Lyme disease does not affect any two people in the exact same way. What is Mold Toxicity?

Mold Toxicity, sometimes diagnosed as Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), results from prolonged exposure to toxic mold spores in our environment.

Mast Cell Activation Syndrome

Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) is one of the most difficult syndromes Maria deals with as it limits the ability of doctors to use treatments as she has been reacting to all of them. It is a complex and chronic immune disorder. It affects multiple systems in the body including the skin, gastrointestinal tract, heart, respiratory, and neurologic systems. Unfortunately, most people with MCAS suffer for years without a diagnosis due to the lack of awareness and testing.

Mast cells are immune cells that have the central role of protecting the body.  When these cells are overactive and release too many mediators, this can be harmful to the body. MCAS may play a role in cancer, stroke, Lyme disease, and many other serious conditions.

Mast Cell Treatment at Biologix

The Biologix Center uses precise, real-time testing and treatments that directly target the many genetic and epigenetic issues associated with every case of MCAS as well as the primary metabolic pathways that regulate mast cell degranulation. In doing so, they enable the body to naturally, and often rapidly, achieve lasting relief. The goal is to accomplish the long-term restoration of health without encouraging a dependence upon medications.

Using tests such as Biospectroscopic Emission Sequence Testing they eliminate much of the guesswork in doctoring. Unlike conventional blood tests that produce merely a snapshot of a patient’s blood on the day it was drawn, our constantly evolving technologies provide far more insight into the root causes of a patient’s symptoms, as well as treatment options that are tested for compatibility and effectiveness with each patient’s unique body, before even beginning treatment!

Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Histamine Intolerance, and Mastocytosis all have unique causes and yet share many of the same symptoms.  Mast cells are found in connective tissue, containing small granules (small little packets) that are rich in histamine. The most well known is histamine, but others include leukotrienes (which also play a role in allergies), serotonin, ATP (your body’s primary energy currency), inflammatory cytokines such as TNF-alpha and interleukin-4, reactive oxygen species (like H2O2, which help kill off foreign invaders), and enzymes like tryptase.

Mast cells carry all these compounds around in the bloodstream, selectively releasing their contents when triggered. Triggers include binding with two or more IgE molecules (the “hypersensitivity” immunoglobulin, characteristic of true allergies), physical injury, or pathogenic microbes. When mast cells release all their contents at once, that’s called anaphylaxis, and it can be life-threatening.

Cell Danger Response

What Is the Cell Danger Response? What does it mean for Maria.

At its core, the CDR is a metabolic defense mechanism. When a cell perceives threat—whether from infection, toxin, trauma, or even psychological stress—it shifts from its usual mode of growth and repair into a defensive posture.

Inside the body, this shift means cells:

·         Alter their metabolism — less ATP devoted to energy, more reactive oxygen species made for defense.

·         Release distress signals — ATP, DNA fragments, and cytokines are sent out like flares, summoning the immune system.

·         Withdraw from normal communication — connections with neighboring cells are severed to prevent spread of damage.

·         Pause growth and repair — rebuilding takes a back seat until the danger is gone.

 

When the Warnings Never Quiet

By now, you can see how the pieces fit together:

·         Mitochondria flip into defense mode, spilling ATP outside the walls as a distress signal.

·         Mast cells keep firing histamine, like sprinklers drenching the city long after the fire is out.

·         The immune system stays on patrol, with both “police and detectives” combing the streets even though the invaders are gone.

EMFS – Electro Magnetic Frequency

Testing of electrical currents in Maria’s body showed they were the highest the doctor had seen into the extreme levels.

Testing of the metal in Maria’s jaw from a childhood surgery also tested at the same levels for electrical current.

Mold grows 600% faster when exposed to Electro Magnetic Radiation.  Therefore, mold in the body increases dramatically when exposed to EMFS.

Recent studies confirm EMF exposure leads to increased calcium inside your cells that catalyzes a cascade of events that trigger increased oxidative stress in your body.

On a molecular level, the excess calcium released inside your cells causes an enormous increase in both nitric oxide and superoxide, which spontaneously combine to form one of the most damaging molecules in your body — peroxynitrite.
